“Hi Andrew, Yesterday we had one of your employees by the name of Steve on site to complete the repair/replacement of two classroom windows. Today the teacher of that classroom came and saw me and advised me that not only was he very pleasant, he also worked very quickly and efficiently and quietly. She was very impressed with how he managed to work with the class full of students without disturbing them. I am sure you do not get a lot of compliments or positive feedback on your workers so I just wanted to let you know, and hope that you will let Steve know that we appreciated his work. He did not put a surname down in the sign in book but I am sure you will know who it is. Thanks!”
