Yes. Rockingham Glass offers a glass replacement service for all glass, in any type of commercial building. Our 24 Hour glazing teams have nationally recognised site inductions, police clearance and access passes for many commercial centres.

Generally, a glazing team will take between 45 and 60 minutes to repair a broken window or door, this is relative to window type and configuration. Depending on glass type, the repairs are usually completed on the first visit, so you can get on with your day or get back to business.

Note: Some Insurance companies prefer to reimburse the insured. In this instance you will need to pay the amount in full to Rockingham Glass and your insurance company will reimburse you direct. Your Rockingham Glass Glazier will let you know if your insurance company will accept direct billing or if you need to seek reimbursement from your insurer. Just have your current insurance policy ready for our glazier to review.
We handle insurance claims for clients insured by all the major insurance companies.

Most times, yes that is the case. But some older windows and doors glazed under an older glazing standard will need to be upgraded to the most recent standards (AS1288-2006) set by the BCI. This is to ensure the safety of your family and building occupants. Or if you would like to enquire about upgrading your glass to energy efficient glass or double glazing please ask our friendly staff.

Yes. We prefer that someone is home to let our glaziers in to the property, as in most cases we need to access the inside of the windows and doors to replace the glass, and clean up any mess.

Yes. We can cut clients own glass if you bring it to our factory. But some glass, such as Toughened Safety Glass cannot be cut or altered in any way. It’s best if you bring what you have to our workshop and we can advise if it can be done.

Note: We have an “All Care No Responsibility” clause when cutting clients own glass.

Yes. We will take all glass we remove from a job and dispose of it for you.

Unless by prior arrangement, all window repairs must be paid C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) at the time of completion. This can be arranged over the phone with our friendly office staff, or with the glazier on site.

Yes. We have dedicated sales staff we can appoint to your enquiry, and visit for a free measure and quote at a time that suits. Please contact our friendly office staff or use our Contacts Page to enquire.

Yes. We do require a deposit for quoted works to proceed. Please call our friendly office staff to discuss this.

Generally, from the time a deposit is received we allow 12 to 15 working days for material procurement and the fabrication process to be completed. You will be contacted by our job scheduler as soon as the fabrication process is complete. Some jobs may be able to be pre-booked, and this is done on a case by case basis.
